EMPLOYEE-Focused
RequiTest's benefits are designed with the employee in mind. RequiTest provides employees with a generous compensation package including health care, dental, orthodontic, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a significant company-provided retirement contribution.
Hourly Pay: We recognize that everyone's time is valuable and therefore employees are paid for each hour they work. This includes all billable hours along with time spent on company support activities (e.g., if you help on proposals or perform technical interviews).
Retirement: RequiTest contributes 10% of your gross pay into a 401(k) retirement plan with no employee match required deposited monthly for dollar cost averaging. The plan offers numerous funds of your choice and Portfolio Express, which automatically invests for you. The plan includes a Roth 401(k) option. The plan includes a self-directed option that allows for purchasing stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and some options.
Medical: RequiTest pays 100% of the premium for individual and family. Medical coverage is provided by CareFirst.
Health Savings Account: RequiTest contributes $100/month towards an HSA account that can be used for qualified medical expenses and towards the medical plan deductible. HSA funds roll over and accumulate year to year if not spent, and are owned by the employee.
Dental: RequiTest pays 100% of the premium. Dental coverage is provided by CareFirst.
Orthodontic: RequiTest offers a one-time orthodontic benefit for dependents under 19 years of age. Orthodontic coverage is provided by CareFirst.
Vision: RequiTest pays 100% of the premium. Vision coverage is currently provided by CareFirst.
Short Term Disability: RequiTest provides short term disability of 60% of weekly earnings up to $2,000/week at no cost to the employee, using a “gross up” to ensure any benefit paid out is tax-free.
Long Term Disability: RequiTest provides long term disability of 60% of weekly earnings up to $9,000/month at no cost to the employee, using a “gross up” to ensure any benefit paid out is tax-free.
Life/AD&D: RequiTest provides one times your compensation up to $100,000 of term life insurance. Additional portable family life insurance is available.
Holidays: RequiTest provides paid leave for 11 annual Federal Holidays.
Paid Time Off: Employees start with 4 weeks per year of paid leave. After four years, employees receive 5 weeks leave. Leave is accrued monthly.
Parental Leave: Two weeks paid leave.
Flexibility: RequiTest’s employees are its strength. We try to be as flexible as possible for our employee’s individual needs, within the constraints of their current contract. Most contracts allow for flex time within a certain window, allowing employees to adjust their time within that window so that they can take care of personal appointments as necessary.
Fun: Company picnic at Hershey Park with Military families, dinners, happy hours, and fun for the entire family with events such as Go-kart racing, Pump It Up, Medieval Times, Climbing and Zip Lining, Dream Big, and Laser Tag.
Note: The above benefits are currently in effect and are subject to change. We are constantly striving to improve our benefits.
